At Maison Aurelys & Co., every piece in our collection is handmade to order by skilled artisans. We take great care to ensure that each object reaches you in perfect condition. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• The original packaging is intact

• You contact us at maisonaurelys@gmail.com before sending the item back

• Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Made-to-order or customised pieces

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

• Gift sets that have been opened

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing maisonaurelys@gmail.com. Include your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
